Who I am

For 15+ years, I’ve made it my mission to help bring to market health innovations that deliver meaningful outcomes for patients in need. With experience as an operator and strategy consultant, I help clients move seamlessly between the big picture and the tactical next step. I’m proud to have worked with some of the most exciting companies in health tech supporting all aspects of commercialization. I also was a bird brain surgeon in a former life, which is totally relevant here, I promise.

What do I mean by creative commercialization? Too often in health tech, we are laser focused on technological innovation without thinking deeply enough about business model or go-to-market innovation.
